Hallite are an International Industrial Seal Manufacturer, part of Fenner PLC Hallite had an existing website along with websites for all their international subsidiaries. They required a single solution to not only provide detailed technical data on their products online but also have all their offices brought under the one umbrella website but in their own language. There was also a feeling that the current website was not being used to its full potential and wasn’t creating many customer enquiries and repeat visitors. There was alos a requirement for customers who, due to their industrial work location, didn’t have regular access to the internet to view their product range information. Future First developed a single site that can create different language subsite on the fly for each international office to maintain. The whole product range, along with detailed technical information, was placed online that allowed the user to search on complex criteria such as flow tolerances and diameters in both metric and imperial measurements. A registration and log in area was also created to view this detailed technical information and invite enquiries. A downloadable easy to use catalogue was also developed for customers to install and then go offline to continue to search for the correct product The number of existing and potential customers registering for detailed product information has been running at a rate of approximately 100 a month from industrial users around the globe providing their sales team with regular leads.
