Website Content Management Systems (CMS)
What a CMS can do for you?
A website CMS can allow you to easily control the content of your website. If you or your staff aren't familiar with html coding or html editors such as Macromedia Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage then changing the content on your website will involve employing a third party to do it. This could involve a time delay and will probably involve a fee.
With a CMS you or your staff can control the content on your website with little or no technical expertise 24/7. You will be able to update text and images from any PC with Internet access with immediate effect.
How does it work?
Along with the front (public facing) area of your website a password protected administration area will be developed. This area will contain easy to use web based forms that will allow you to add/edit/delete content and browse for and upload images straight to your web pages immediately.

Interactive Task Lists
Another regular feature of our administration (CMS) Systems is our Interactive Task list. This will only be accessible by administration staff. It would work in a way that gives administration staff the ability to easily monitor website requests and allow them to easily see tasks that need to carried out on the website. Administration staff can mark website requests and questions as verified once dealt with. The aim is to work the numbers in the left hand column down to zero. This is a simple but effective way of monitoring website requests and actions.
